Processing & Handling Times

Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Australian national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Packaging: Precision items like pens and graphite pencils are packed in protective wraps; folders are shipped flat in rigid mailers or sturdy boxes to prevent bends and creases during transport.
Order Tracking
Once your package is picked up by our shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update.
Shipping Address & Corrections
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched from our Belgian Gardens warehouse, we are unable to change the destination address.
